Free Invoice Template (“we”, “our”, or “the Service”) provides a browser-based invoice generator. This policy explains what information is involved when you use free-invoice-template.net and related preview deployments.
Invoice data stays local
Invoice contents you enter (business details, client details, line items, logos, notes, and related fields) are processed in your browser. Drafts may be saved in your browser’s local storage so you can continue editing later. We do not upload or store your invoice contents on our servers.
Technical and analytics data
Like most websites, our hosting provider (for example Cloudflare) may automatically receive standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps for security and reliability. We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic and product usage (for example page views and whether someone downloads an invoice PDF). Analytics events do not include the text of your invoices, client names, logos, or line-item details. Google may process data according to its own privacy policy and may use cookies or similar technologies.
Advertising
We may show third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense) in the future. When ads are turned on, ad partners may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.
Cookies
Essential cookies or local storage may be used for site functionality (including saving your invoice draft and history). Google Analytics may set cookies or use local storage to measure traffic. Advertising cookies may be used only after ads are activated.
