The Service
We provide a free tool to draft invoices in your browser and download them as PDF files. The Service is provided “as is” for convenience and does not constitute legal, tax, or accounting advice.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of invoice content you create, for keeping local backups of important documents, and for complying with applicable laws in your jurisdiction (including tax and invoicing rules).
No warranties
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Generated PDFs may need review before you send them to clients.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost profits or data.
Advertising
The Service may display advertisements. Third-party ad content is the responsibility of the respective advertisers.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
